Saturday Morning Western Pulp: Lariat Story, September 1946
With the girl in that pose, that's got to be an Allan Anderson cover, doesn't it? Looks like a fine issue with stories by D.B. Newton, Les Savage Jr., and Richard Brister, among others.
Fiction House must have had a great art director in the 1940's. All their pulp titles had eye catching good girl art covers: LARIAT STORY, FRONTIER STORIES, ACTION STORIES, JUNGLE STORIES, PLANET STORIES.

I really like the title of the Savage story... "Drink To A Lobo's Guns"... that's killer!
