My copies of HUNT AT THE WELL OF ETERNITY arrived today. The book looks really, really good. How could it not, with that great Glen Orbik cover? I wasn't sure how they were going to handle the author credit. Several options were discussed early on. But the book says "As told to James Reasoner" on the title page, which I like a lot. Think I'll prop up a copy of this next to my computer for a while.

I'd get that puppy framed. It's beautiful. And I can NOT wait to get a copy of your book after reading chapter one online. It's also nice to see that even veterans in this business can still be impressed.
Great news, James. Like I said elsewhere, I have a copy on order at the local book shop. Really looking forward to it.
Are there going to be any Gabriel Hunt-related events in the New York area?
My copy was left by UPS today and I've already started it.
Cullen,
I don't know, but I'll ask Charles and see if I can find out.
Congrats, James. My copy arrived literally 15 minutes ago, via UPS.
Is there a way to get this book in .pdf or .txt format?
I've gotten into the whole e-book thing (not the Kindle, though -- Jetbook is much more affordable on my budget!) and, given a choice, would rather read it that way!
Harp,
I suspect there'll be an electronic version of the book available eventually, but I don't know when or what format. There's nothing right now, though, except the paperback.
Cullen,
According to Charles, there are no events planned, but there may be something going on next month.
And when will there be a movie? And a TV series? And a VG?
Congratulations, James and Charles! Well done! And that "As told to" thing is really classy.
You probably know this already, but the latest issue of NEW YORK magazine gave your book a brief shout-out.
The "As told to..." is a nice touch... And my copy arrived yesterday as well. UPS is on top of it.
Thanks, Pericles. I didn't know that.
OK ... much though I prefer e-book formats, I bought the dead-tree edition.
I'm sure that, with the quality of your story-telling, it will be well worth it!
