Saturday Morning Western Pulp: Ranch Romances, First January Number, 1955
I don't know who did the cover on this issue of RANCH ROMANCES, but I'm quite fond of it. That is one beautiful woman. Inside are stories by Parker Bonner (who was really W.T. Ballard), Michael Carder (who was really Vernon Fluharty, who also wrote Westerns as Jim O'Mara), J.L. Bouma, Harold Preece, Elsa Barker, and a writer I'm not familiar with, Lloyd Kevin.
UPDATE: That great cover art is almost certainly by Everett Raymond Kinstler. Thanks to Sheila Ann Vanderbeek for the ID.

And beautifully rendered. So much so that although the woman as depicted doesn't hit my "first" buttons as hard as yours, James, the underlying strikingness comes through.
I notice this issue features Carder's DECISION AT SUNDOWN, which was filmed, somewhat changed, in 1957 with Randolph Scott.
Hubba-hubba.

SWEET, HAROLD G. Her cheating heart, by Lloyd Kevin, pseud .
HER CHEATING HEART, published in the U.S. by Monarch Books in 1962, appears to have been the only novel under the Lloyd Kevin name and quite possibly the only published novel by Harold G. Sweet. Excellent cover on that Monarch edition, by the way. Thanks for putting me on the trail of it.
And a little further investigation reveals that the cover for the Monarch edition of HER CHEATING HEART was painted by Tom Miller. It and a lot of other great covers by Miller can be seen here: http://lynn-munroe-books.com/list66/TOM_MILLER-CHECKLIST1.htm
