Sunday Morning Bonus Pulp: Five-Novels Monthly, March 1940
I'm not sure what's happening on this cover of FIVE-NOVELS MONTHLY, but it appears to be on the odd side. The five novels are by Stewart Sterling, John Murray Reynolds, S. Gordon Gurwit (names that are at least fairly familiar to me, especially Sterling), and Ben Peter Freeman and David Allan Ross, neither of whom I've heard of. All the stories sound pretty good, though, judging by their titles.

This is just my opinion of course, but I have owned a few copies of this title over the years and thought the stories to be rather bland.
I have an issue - can't recall the date; a 1943 issue, I think - that I bought for the Nelson Bond story. That story was ok, but the issue also contained an exceptional air-war story by Ralph Oppenheim that really ought to be reprinted.
The Vandals of the Skies seem to have attacked his pants, at least as much as his parachute...
