Isn't there an Ace Double with a very similar cover?

There's an Ace Double with an identical cover (except for the copy, of course). Without digging it out to check, I'm pretty sure it's THE LEAD-SLINGERS, by J. Edward Leithead, which is in all probability a reprint of a pulp novel from the Twenties.
