Still in a bit of a lounge mood tonight. My parents had at least one Les Baxter album and I remember hearing music like this quite a bit when I was a kid.
I have three Les Baxter albums on CD and a few Martin Denny ones too. Every now and then I put them on the 5-CD turntable, press "random" and just let it go.
I have a couple Les Baxter albums on vinyl and one of them always goes into the music mix when we're entertaining.
