I remember watching the first game played there on TV, back in '71. I attended a few preseason games but never in the regular season. Mostly, though, I remember driving past it all the time when I was taking Joanna to Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas. It was always a landmark telling me we were almost there.
I remember when it opened, and I wasn't a youngster even then.
