Yep, you sure look like kids here, all right! Glad things have been (leaving aside the "little" catastrophes) rewarding for these years, and many more to come...further congratulations.
His mom picked out the suit. (Snicker) I wanted to elope and wear jeans. We gave his mom the wedding she wanted, but I was determined to not spend much. I made the dress out of $1 a yard fabric.
My sister in law and brother in law also celebrated 36 this year. Me and the other groomsmen were outfitted with powder-blue, patterned tuxes that would have done the Four Tops and the Temps proud. 40 years in September for my wife and me.
Back in the Olden Days they sure allowed kids to marry young. Congratulations on 36 years together!
